CZ, short for Weighing, is the use of high-precision and high-resolution electronic scales to compare and analyze the mass difference before and after bearing grease injection, and determine the amount of grease injection.

The electronic balance adopts the Sartorius brand, with an accuracy of up to 0.01g.

D90-D120（ZYJ5H）、D110-D150（ZYJ6H）， Can be used standalone or connected for use;

2. There are options for grease injection positioning, including image detection positioning and stepper motor+fiber optic point finding positioning, to ensure the injection of grease into the channel and around the holder;

3. The amount of grease injection is ensured by a grease injection quantitative pump, and the transmittance is checked through an optical lens and an emitting optical fiber to determine whether grease injection is performed. For CZ type, the quantitative measurement is based on the difference in weight before and after grease injection on a scale;

4. The front-end cover placement design makes the operation more user-friendly and convenient, and the organic combination of the cover removal and placement workstations saves space;

5. Both iron and plastic covers can meet the requirements for capping, and the capping mechanism is available in the form of a pneumatic hydraulic booster cylinder or a servo press. Servo press can better ensure controllable and adjustable pressure and stroke;

6. Linear sensors are used for detecting the height of the covered plane, with a detection accuracy of up to 0.01mm;

7. Optional imaging inspection stations for bearing missing balls and cage missing nails;

8. Optional bearing flexibility inspection station, with inspection methods including induction and self weight torque motors. The self weight torque motor inspection method improves the resolution of flexibility inspection;

9. Multiple structures are designed with precision guide rails to achieve more accurate positioning.
