Mainly used for fully automatic assembly of special wave shaped retaining frames and nylon retaining frames, the equipment is equipped with assembly and compression protection departments for both nylon and iron retaining frames

The device includes functions

a) Bearing feeding (bearings with steel balls installed)

b) Collecting balls (gathering balls, returning balls)

c) Split ball (evenly distribute steel balls)

e) Insert and press in the nylon holder

f) Install them separately into the upper and lower holders

g) Maintain the alignment of the holder

h) Nylon cage height inspection

i) Inspection before riveting
