On September 30, 2007, three mechanical engineers from France, Germany, and Sweden completed their international exchange activities at Huiguang Group and embarked on their journey back home. This is the first batch of cross-border mechanical design engineer exchange activities received by Huiguang Group.
Since May 15th, 2007, Mr. Tobias from Germany, Ms. Morgane from France, and Mr. FLemming from Sweden have been working together with design engineers from Huiguang Group for over four months, participating in many research projects of Huiguang Precision Machinery Company. Among them, Miss Morgane creatively proposed a device suitable for adding balls to multiple types of bearings, which impressed mechanical designers and opened up their ideas; Mr. Tobias, 28 years old, is about to obtain the Diploma Engineer qualification in Germany. He participated in the drawing conversion and redesign work of the methanol cleaning machine project for a Fortune 500 electronic manufacturing enterprise by Huiguang Precision Machinery, and received unanimous praise from the project leader, American company clients, and Huiguang engineers; Mr. Elemming is a graduate student majoring in both mechanical design and industrial economics. He has served in the United Nations forces before, and when working with assembly workers in Huiguang's workshop, he always kneels down seriously to install equipment components, which greatly moved the workers present to the working attitude of foreign engineers.
Foreign engineers come to Huiguang, and their agile design concepts, open communication skills, and project management abilities have given Huiguang's management and technical personnel a deep understanding. At the same time, as they only speak English, there has been a wave of learning English in the technical center and assembly workshop. Everyone has picked up English textbooks and dictionaries that they have given up for many years in order to communicate with foreign engineers. In daily life, communication and exchange not only enhance everyone's understanding of international cultural exchange, but also improve the vision and ability of Huiguang employees to cooperate on international projects.
