On October 12, 2007, Huiguang Precision Machinery and Ruichang Bearing Co., Ltd. reached a contract to continue providing Ruichang Bearing with six new fully automatic bearing assembly production lines, from the 13th to the 18th.
This is another new contract that Ruichang Company continues to purchase after Huiguang Precision Machinery completed the supply or integration of 12 fully automatic bearing assembly production lines to Ruichang as of May 2007, and all of them adopt Huiguang Precision Machinery's 5th generation raceway type fitting machine, fully automatic cage assembly riveting machine, fully automatic cleaning machine, energy-saving and environmentally friendly fully automatic spin drying box, high-efficiency fully automatic oil injection and capping grease machine, and other auxiliary facilities. The efficiency of the new production line can reach 8000 sets per shift, greatly improving the labor productivity of Ruichang Bearing Company.
