VolumeAgreement仅适用于GlobalSail Trade（ byDown简称“I s”） toGlobalSail Trade用户（ byDown简称“you ”）提供Info展示、Products交易 etc OnlineService（ byDown简称“Service”）。
1. 接受款。

4.GlobalSail TradeWebsite仅作 for 交易地点。

“you Info” includesyou at Register、交易 or 列举物品过程ing、 at any公开Info场合 or through any电子Email:形式， toI s or other用户提供 anyInfo， includesData、文Volume、软Pcs、音乐、声响、照Pieces、图画、影 like、词句 or other材料。you 应 yes “you Info”负All责任， andI s仅作 for you at 网UpPublish and 刊登“you Info” by动渠道。 but is ，倘若I s认 for “you Info” possibly makeI s承担 any法律 or 道义Up责任， or possibly makeI s (All or 部Centerererererer地) 失去I s互联网ServiceSell商 or otherSell商Service， or you Not at GlobalSail Trade规定Issue限InsideLogin or again timesLoginWebsite，则I s可自行 all 权决定 yes “you Info”采 takeI s认 for 必要 or 适当 any行动， includes but不限于Delete该类Info。you especially此保证，you yes Submit giveGlobalSail Trade“you Info”拥 has All权利， includesAll版权。you Confirm，GlobalSail Trade没 has 责任去认定 or 决定you Submit giveI sInfowhich 些 is 应当受 arrive保 protect， yes 享 has “Service” other用户 use“you Info”，I s also不必负责。
5.1 Register义务。
如you at GlobalSail TradeWebsiteRegister，you 同意：
(a) 根 based onGlobalSail TradeWebsite刊载MemberInfo表格要求，提供Aboutyou or 贵Company real 实、准确、complete and Dis映 currently情况Info；
(b) 维持并TimelyUpdateMemberInfo， make其 keep real 实、准确、complete and Dis映 currently情况。倘若you 提供 any不 real 实、不准确、不complete or 不能Dis映 currently情况Info， or GlobalSail Trade has 合理理由 doubt该 etcInfo不 real 实、不准确、不complete or 不能Dis映 currently情况，GlobalSail Trade has 权暂停 or 终 stopyou Register身份及Info，并拒绝you at at present or in the future yes “Service”( or 其 any部份) by any形式 use。如you 代表一家Company or other法律主体 at I s登记，则you 声明 and 保证，you has 权 make该Company or other法律主体受VolumeAgreement“款”约束。
5.2 MemberRegister名、Password and 保密。
at 登记过程ing，you 将SelectMemberRegister名 and Password。you 须自行负责 yes you MemberRegister名 and Password保密，且须 yes you at MemberRegister名 and PasswordDown happen place has Activity承担责任。you 同意：
(a) 如 discover any人Not 经Authorized useyou MemberRegister名 or Password， or happen违Dis保密规定 any other情况，you 会 immediately通知GlobalSail Trade；
(b) 确保you at 每Up网时段 end时， by正确步骤 leaveWebsite。GlobalSail Trade不能 also不会 yes due toyou Not 能遵 guardVolume款规定 and happen any损失 or 损毁负责。
5.3 Aboutyou InfoRules。
you 同意，“you Info” and you 供 at GlobalSail TradeWebsiteUp交易 any“物品”（泛指一切可供依法交易、 has 形 or no 形、 by各种形态存 at 某种具体物品， or 某种权利 or 利益， or 某种 votes据 or 证券， or 某种Service or 行 for 。VolumeAgreementing“物品”一词均含此义）
a. 不会 has 欺诈成份， with 售 sell伪造 or 盗窃 no 涉；
b. 不会侵犯 anyPage 三 person yes 该物品享 has 物权， or 版权、专利、商标、商业秘密 or other知识产权， or Privacy权、名誉权；
c. 不会违Dis any法律、法规、例 or 规章 ( includes but不限于About规范出口Managementmentmentmentmentment、贸易配额、保 protect消 fee person、不正当竞争 or 虚 fake Ad法律、法规、例 or 规章)；
d. 不会含 has 诽谤（ includes商业诽谤）、 very法恐吓 or very法骚扰Content；
e. 不会含 has 淫秽、 or Bag含 any儿童色情Content；
f. 不会含 has 蓄意毁 bad 、恶意干扰、秘密地截 take or 侵占 any系统、Data or PersonalInfo any病毒、伪装破 bad 程序、电脑蠕虫、定时程序炸弹 or other电脑程序；
g. 不会直接 or 间接 with Down述各项货物 or Service连接， or Bag含 yes Down述各项货物 or ServiceDescription：
(i) VolumeAgreement项Down禁 stop货物 or Service； or
(ii) you no 权连接 or Bag含货物 or Service。
besides，you 同意不会：
(h) at with any连锁Messages、 big 量胡乱邮 send电子Email:、滥发电子Email: or anyCopy or 余Info has 关方面 use“Service”；
(i) Not 经 other人士同意，利用“Service” receive集 other人士电子Email:Address及 otherInfo； or
(j) 利用“Service”制作虚 fake 电子Email:Address， or by other形式试图 at Send人身份 or Info来源方面误导 other人士。
5.4 by禁 stop物品。
you 不得 at I sWebsite公布 or throughI sWebsite buy sell：
(a) possibly makeI s违Dis any相关法律、法规、例 or 规章 any物品； or
(b) GlobalSail Trade认 for 应禁 stop or 不适合 throughVolumeWebsite buy sell any物品。
6. you 授予I s许可 use权。
you 授予I s独家、 all 球通用、永久、Free fee许可 use权利 (并 has 权 at 层面 yes 该权利 proceed againAuthorized)， makeI s has 权(All or 部份地) use、Copy、修订、改写、Publish、翻译、Centerererererer发、执行 and 展示"you Info" or 制作其 send生作品， and / or by现 at 知 or 日Back开发 any形式、媒体 or 技术，将"you Info"纳入 other作品Inside。
7.Privacy。

(b) yes you 正寻找ProductDescription。you 可 at GlobalSail TradeWebsitePublish任一类ProductDescription， or 两种Type同时Publish，Pcs is ，you must将该 etcProductDescription归入正确类目Inside。
GlobalSail Trade不 yes ProductDescription准确性 or Content负责。
8.2 then交易 proceed协商。

8.3 Handle交易争议。
I s不会且不能牵涉进交易各方交易当ing。倘若you with 一名 or 一名 byUp用户， or with you throughI sWebsite获 take其ServicePage 三 personServiceSell商 happen争议，you Free除GlobalSail Trade (及I sAgent人 and 雇员) at due to该 etc争议 and引起， or at any方面 with 该 etc争议 has 关 different种类 and 性质 any ( actually and Back果性) 权利主Pieces、要求 and 损害Compensation etc方面责任。
8.4 运用 often识。
I s不能亦不试图 yes other用户 through“Service”提供Info proceed控制。 then其Volume质 and言， other用户Info， possibly is make人Dis感、 has 害 or 不准确，且 at 某些情况Down possibly带 has Error标识Description or by欺诈方式加Up标识Description。I s hopeyou at useI sWebsite时， small 心谨慎并运用 often识。
9.交易系统。
9.1 不得操纵交易。
you 同意不利用Help实现蒙蔽 or 欺骗意图同伙(Down属客户 or Page 三方)，操纵 with 另一交易方 place proceed商业谈判结果。
9.2 系统complete性。
you 同意，you 不得 use any装置、软Pcs or 例行程序干预 or 试图干预GlobalSail TradeWebsiteWebsite normal运作 or at I sWebsiteUp proceed any交易。you 不得采 take yes any将不合理 or 不合比例庞 big 负载加诸I s网络结构行动。you 不得 to anyPage 三 person披露you Password， or with anyPage 三 personTotal用you Password， or for anyNot 经批准目 useyou Password。
9.3 Feedback。
you 不得采 take any possibly损害InfoFeedback系统complete性行动，诸如：利用Page 二Member身份标识 or Page 三 person for you Volume身留Down正面Feedback；利用Page 二Member身份标识 or Page 三 person for other用户留Down负面Feedback (FeedbackData轰炸)； or at 用户Not 能履行交易范围 byOutside某些行动时，留Down负面Feedback (Feedback恶意Strong加)。
9.4 不作商业性利用。
you 同意，you 不得 yes anyInfo作商业性利用， includes but不限于 at Not 经GlobalSail TradeAuthorizedHigh层Managementmentmentmentmentment人员事first书面批准情况Down，Copy at GlobalSail TradeWebsiteUp展示 anyInfo并用于商业用途。
10. 终 stop or Visit限制。
you 同意， at GlobalSail TradeNot toyou receive fee情况Down，GlobalSail Trade可自行 all 权决定 by any理由 ( includes but不限于GlobalSail Trade认 for you 违DisVolumeAgreement字面意义 and 精神， or you byNot Match合VolumeAgreement字面意义 and 精神方式行事， or you at super过90天时间InsideNot byyou 帐No.及PasswordLoginWebsite) 终 stopyou “Service”Password、帐户 ( or 其 any部份) or you yes “Service” use，并Delete and lose弃you at use“Service”ingSubmit “you Info”。you 同意， at GlobalSail Trade toyou receive fee情况Down，GlobalSail Trade应 based on合理 doubt且经电子Email:通知情况Down实施Up述终 stopService行 for 。GlobalSail Trade同时可自行 all 权决定， at 发出通知 or 不发出通知情况Down，随时 stop提供“Service” or 其 any部份。you 同意， based onVolumeAgreement any规定终 stopyou use“Service”之措施可 at 不发出事first通知情况Down实施，并承认 and 同意，GlobalSail Trade可立 even ifyou 帐户Invalid， or Undoyou 帐户 by及 at you 帐户Inside place has 相关Info and 档案， and / or 禁 stopyou 进一步接入该 etc档案 or “Service”。帐No.终 stopBack，GlobalSail Trade没 has 义务 for you 保留原帐No.ing or with 之相关 anyInfo， or Forward anyNot 曾阅读 or SendInfo giveyou or Page 三方。 besides，you 同意，GlobalSail Trade不会 then终 stopyou 接入“Service” and yes you or anyPage 三 person承担 any责任。Page 12、13、14 and 22各应 at VolumeAgreement终 stopBack continueValid。
11. 违DisRules会 has what Back果？
at 不限制 other补 save措施Front提Down， happenDown述任一情况，I s可 immediately发出Warning，暂时ing stop、永久ing stop or 终 stopyou Member资格，Deleteyou any现 has ProductInfo， by及you at WebsiteUp展示 any otherInfo：
(i) you 违DisVolumeAgreement；
(ii) I s no 法核实 or 鉴定you toI s提供 anyInfo； or
(iii) I s believeyou 行 for possibly会 makeyou 、I s用户 or throughI s or I sWebsite提供ServicePage 三 personServiceSell商 happen any法律责任。 at 不限制 any other补 save措施Front提Down，倘若 discoveryou from事 involvesI sWebsiteFraudActivity，GlobalSail Trade可暂停 or 终 stopyou 帐户。
12. Service“ press现状”提供。
I s会尽一切努力 makeyou at useGlobalSail TradeWebsite过程ing得 arrive乐趣。遗憾 is ，I s不能随时预见 arrive any技术Up问题 or other困难。该 etc困难 possibly会导 causeData损失 or otherServiceing断。 for 此，you 明确理解 and 同意，you use“Service”风险由you 自行承担。“Service” by“ press现状” and “ press可得 arrive”基础提供。GlobalSail Trade明确声明不作出 any种类 place has 明示 or 暗示保证， includes but不限于About适销性、适用于某一 especially定用途 and no 侵权行 for etc方面保证。GlobalSail Trade yes Down述Content不作保证：
(i)“Service”会符合you 要求；
(ii)“Service”不会ing断，且适时、安 all and 不带 anyError；
(iii) through use“Service” and possibly获 take结果将 is 准确 or 可Message赖；
(iv) you through“Service” andBuy or 获 take anyProduct、Service、Info or other材料质量将符合you 预Issue。 through use“Service” andDownload or by other形式获 take any材料 is 由you 自行 all 权决定 proceed，且 with 此 has 关风险由you 自行承担， yes 于 due toyou Download any该 etc材料 and happenyou 电脑系统 any损毁 or anyData损失，you 将自行承担责任。you fromGlobalSail Trade or through or from“Service”获 take any口头 or 书面意见 or Info，均不产生Not at VolumeAgreementInside明确载明 any保证。
13. 责任范围。
you 明确理解 and 同意，GlobalSail Trade不 yes due toDown述任一情况 and happen any损害Compensation承担责任， includes but不限于 profit、商誉、 use、Data etc方面损失 or other no 形损失损害Compensation ( no 论GlobalSail Trade is not by告知该 etc损害Compensation possibly性)：
(i) use or Not 能 use“Service”；
(ii) due to through or from“Service”Buy or 获 take any货物、Sample、Data、Info or Service， or through or from“Service”接 receive anyInfo or 缔结 any交易 place产生获 take替代货物 and Service fee用；
(iii) Not 经批准接入 or more改you 传输Info or Data；
(iv) anyPage 三 person yes “Service”声明 or About“Service”行 for ； or due to any原 due to and引起 with “Service” has 关 any other事宜， includes疏忽。
14. Compensation。
you 同意， due toyou 违DisVolumeAgreement or 经 at 此提及 and纳入VolumeAgreement other文Pcs， or due toyou 违Dis法律 or 侵害Page 三方权利， and makePage 三方 yes GlobalSail Trade with their子Company、CentererererererCompany、董事、职员、Agent人提出索赔要求（ includes司法 fee用 and other专业人士 fee用），you mustCompensation giveGlobalSail Trade with their子Company、CentererererererCompany、董事、职员、Agent人， make其 etcFree遭损失。
15. 遵 guard法律。
you 应遵 guard with you use“Service”， by及 with you 竞 buy、Buy and 销售 any物品 by及提供商贸Info has 关 place has 相关法律、法规、例 and 规章。
16. no Agent关系。
you with GlobalSail Trade仅 for 独立订约人关系。VolumeAgreement no 意结成 or 创设 anyAgent、合伙、合营、雇用 with by雇用 or especially许权授予 with by授予关系。
17. Ad and 金融Service。
you with at “Service”Up or through“Service”物色刊登Ad人士通讯 or proceed业务往来 or 参 with 其PromotionActivity， includes then相关货物 or Service make payment and 交付相关货物 or Service， by及 with 该 etc业务往来相关 any other款、Pcs、保证 or 声明，仅限于 at you and 该刊登Ad人士之间 happen。you 同意， yes 于 due to any该 etc业务往来 or due to at “Service”Up出现该 etc刊登Ad人士 and happen any种类 any损失 or 损毁，GlobalSail Trade no 需负责 or 承担 any责任。you 如 plan through“Service”创设 or 参 with with anyCompany、股 votesMarket、 invest or 证券 has 关 anyService， or through“Service” receive take or 要求 with anyCompany、股 votesMarket、 invest or 证券 has 关 anyNewsInfo、警戒性Info or otherInfo，敬Please注意，GlobalSail Trade不会 then through“Service”传 send any该 etcInfo准确性、 has 用性 or 可用性、可获利性负责 or 承担 any责任，且不会 yes based on该 etcInfo and作出 any交易 or invest决策负责 or 承担 any责任。
18. Links。
“Service” or Page 三 person均可提供 with other万维网Website or 资源Links。由于GlobalSail Trade并不控制该 etcWebsite and 资源，you 承认并同意，GlobalSail Trade并不 yes 该 etcOutside at Website or 资源可用性负责，且不认可该 etcWebsite or 资源Up or 可 from该 etcWebsite or 资源获 take anyContent、宣传、Product、Service or other材料， also不 yes 其 etc负责 or 承担 any责任。you 进一步承认 and 同意， yes 于 any due to use or Message赖 from此类Website or 资源Up获 take此类Content、宣传、Product、Service or other材料 and造成（ or 声称造成） any直接 or 间接损失，GlobalSail Trade均不承担责任。
19. 通知。
unless另 has 明确规定， any通知应 by电子Email:形式Send，( thenGlobalSail Trade and言) 电子Email:Address for byVolume stand域名Back缀之Address， or ( thenyou and言) Send toyou at 登记过程ing toGlobalSail Trade提供电子Email:Address， or has 关方指明该 etc otherAddress。 at 电子Email:发出二十四 (24) small 时Back，通知应 by视 for send达， unlessSend人 by告知相关电子Email:Address作废。 or person，I s可 through邮资Prepaid挂No.Email:并要求回执方式，将通知发 arriveyou at 登记过程ing toGlobalSail Trade提供Address。 at 该情况Down， at 付邮当日三 (3) 天Back通知 by视 for send达。
20. 不可抗力。
yes 于 due toI s合理控制范围 byOutside原 due to， includes but不限于自然灾害、罢工 or 骚乱、物质Short缺 or 定量配 give、暴动、战争行 for 、政府行 for 、通讯 or other设施故障 or 严Heavy injure亡事故 etc， cause makeI s延迟 or Not 能履约，GlobalSail Trade不 yes you 承担 any责任。
21. 转 let。
GlobalSail Trade转 letVolumeAgreement no 需经you 同意。
22. other规定。
VolumeAgreement take代you and GlobalSail TradefirstFront then same事项订立 any书面 or 口头Agreement。VolumeAgreement各方面应受ing华人民Total and 国 big 陆Region法律管辖。倘若VolumeAgreement any规定 by裁定 for Invalid or 不可Strong制执行，该项规定应 byUndo， and the rest规定应予执行。款Title仅 for 方便参阅 and设，并不 by any方式界定、限制、 explain or Description该款范围 or 限度。I sNot thenyou or other人士某项违约行 for 采 take行动，并不表明I s撤回 then any继Back or 类似违约事Pcs采 take行动权利。
23. 诉讼。
due toVolumeAgreement or I sService place引起 or with 其 has 关 any争议应 to人民法院提起诉讼，并 bying华人民Total and 国法律 for 管辖法律。
