Probe form:

3. Hybrid probe, integrating speed sensor and acceleration sensor on the same support frame, simultaneously collecting and analyzing, greatly improving the signal-to-noise ratio of abnormal noise information, and enhancing the speed and quality of bearing abnormal noise judgment.

4. Speed based and hybrid detection methods are optional (it is not recommended to only use acceleration based detection).

Bearing defect detection range: This detection machine can quickly and online detect inner ring damage, outer ring damage, steel ball damage (less or mixed balls), cage damage, impurity noise, ultra precision noise, cover wiping noise, and so on (as of now) of bearings.
