Features of the equipment

1. Suitable for the assembly of micro bearing cages with nominal outer diameters of D14-D28;

2. Can assemble nylon retainers and bent claw retainers;

3. For nylon cages, vibration discs can be used for direct feeding;

4. The options of using optical drills to find gaps and imaging to find the maximum gap are available to minimize damage to the steel ball;

5. For the bent claw holder, mechanical arms, flexible clamps, and other methods are used to take and place each piece one by one;

6. The structure of ball collection and distribution is simple, using a gravity based top-down approach, but without forcibly collecting or distributing balls, to prevent steel ball damage and also has anti scatter function;

7. It has the function of checking the placement status of the retaining frame to prevent accidental riveting;

8. Adopting a large number of parallel guide rail design structures, the equipment operates more smoothly, improving accuracy and equipment lifespan.
