Equipment Introduction

This equipment is a fully automatic holder riveting machine specially designed by our company for manufacturers who frequently change their fixtures, suitable for production of multiple varieties and small batches. The ball distribution and retaining frame are manually completed on the workbench, and then sent to the machine for automatic riveting, completing the alignment of the upper and lower retaining frames → the overall height of the retaining frame/the inspection of missing nails/the discharge of defective products → riveting → riveting inspection/rivet height inspection/the discharge of defective products and other processes.

Features of the equipment

1. A comprehensive inspection process, including checking the overall height of the retaining frame, checking for missing nails, and checking for riveting;

2. Flexible cage alignment mechanism to avoid compression damage to the cage;

3. The height inspection of each rivet after riveting greatly ensures the quality of riveting;

4. Standardized and modular replacement of fixtures, fast and convenient. The dimensions that need to be adjusted for changing models are stored in the PLC and can be called up at any time.
