Equipment purpose

This machine is a device developed and manufactured by our company specifically for the assembly of nylon cages.

Features of the equipment

1. Torque induction motor rotating ball return and inserting ball distribution;

2. After triple positioning of the upper end face, inner hole, and outer diameter of the bearing, even bearings with a clearance of less than 5um can easily achieve effective ball distribution;

3. The dividing needle is made of high smoothness mold material to reduce steel ball damage;

4. The nylon cage uses a vibrating disc for feeding, a stepper motor for position correction, and a cylinder for pressing, with mature and stable technology;

5. All parameters such as ball shortage inspection and cage pressing height are checked.
