Testing line process

Platform storage area material storage → Conveyor belt transportation → Workpiece feeding into the conveying position → Ditch iron filings → Upper end face cleaning → Upper large end face visual inspection sand hole → Flip over, lower large end face visual inspection sand hole → Sand hole NG (NG product whole row) → Parallel deviation detection → Parallel deviation NG (NG product whole row) → Inner diameter detection (inner hole two section size) → Inner hole NG (NG product whole row) → Small outer diameter detection (size) → Small outer diameter NG (NG product whole row) → Large outer diameter detection (size, taper) → Outer diameter NG (NG product whole row) → Flip over, rust prevention → Qualified products are sent to the conveyor belt (rotated to the front collection platform of the equipment)
